at the wedding on saturday during the signing of the register ushers handed round pieces of paper and guests were invited to write messages of encouragement/blessing/wisdom for the couple and to make their piece of paper into a paper aeroplane. then at the dismissal when the couple walked down the aisle all these prayers and messages were launched at the couple. a simple idea but was a great ending to the service and it's the first worship trick i have out of 187 that relates to a wedding...































Nice trick which carries the risk that one of the couple might catch the sharp end of a plane in the eye. Though risk is integral to any marriage, I guess.
