wow - I'm jealous of that lens! I rented an L series lens (24-105) over Christmas, and bought myself a 50mm 1.4 usm lens in the January sales, couldn't afford (or justify) an L series though!

I love your pictures Jonny, keep them coming!

gareth

nice image... its amazing what difference a lense can make. I am going to miss the 5D when I leave CMS - might try and scrape together a bit of cash for a 400D and a nice lense.

chad

this looks great.

Jonny - it's a nice photo - but it's just a bloody photo!

Mate, don't become an anorak, or for Christmas nthis year i'll be buying you a camera strap to hang your camera around your neck.

Just stumbled across your blog.
I have 30d, I don't have any decent lenses.
I am loving the image quality from the L series.
That lens is an expensive piece of kit.
Enjoy.

Derek

The lens can't be that good mate, I can't even read the writing on that yellow piece of paper on your desk

worship tricks

where i come across creative ideas, liturgies, movies, music tracks, service outlines or anything that strikes me, i add them as worship tricks. i started these in april 2002 when i first began blogging and they have built up over the years so that i am now on the third series. this has proved a pretty popular feature of the blog.
