blogger has had a revamp and looks great and is free! i moved to typepad because i wanted more options and am very happy with it but do have to pay for the service.
info on what's new is here and i have had a quick look and it looks very user friendly with lots of features. cool....
if you have been thinking of starting a blog this could be a great option!
and i have to say as a blogger user very impressed, finallt built in comments

Maybe I'm feeling curmudgeonly this week. The new Blogger interface looks pretty, but the process of posting and managing posts feels clunkier on the new version - more clicks needed now to do simple tasks.
