blah... manchester look like they have a fantastic evening lined up on new monasticism with brother paulo from taize. there's even dinner thrown in to the mix... followed by a taize service in the cathedral.
What is it that a contemporary monastic community has to offer the wider church in terms of the values it holds and way of life it models? What part does it play in the church’s mission?
brother paulo will also be at greenbelt this summer
Wish I could be there to see Paolo but unfortunately I'm working and rather far away. Hope it goes well. Taize has much to teach us so it whould be a great evening.
