How come the age restriction/limit? Are us above 30's not creative anymore? LOL!!!!

jonny

the idea i to specifically encourage young talent. alt worship pioneers need encouraging to hand on the creative baton so to speak. that's all! and we hope we might be able to link up some experience with young talent so to speak.

but we're not just publishing unusual suspects material on proost. we'll happily consider any creative material that sits with our vibe. so if you have ideas get in touch

jon birch

i hope we are still creative at over 40!!!
as jonny said, this is an initiative specifically aimed at the young.
proost are very interested in what others have to offer... if it fits, we'd like to use it...
you just won't be able to be an 'unusual suspect', that's all!

A great fantastic opportunity that you guys are presenting here.
Cheers

What a fantastic opportunity. Good thinking. I was once told, when I was about 20 I think, that I would never make a living from being creative. Obstinately I was all the more determined to prove that person wrong but I was helped enormously by opportunities like this.

Is there a chance to mentor young creatives too? To offer to showcase what you've suggested but also to help in other ways – networking, marketing advice etc. Having brilliant creativity is only half the journey and I am sure help could be offered through the site for those other aspects.

If you want to develop the technical capabilities of any discipline there are ways and means but to express yourself spiritually is a harder road to follow.

Hi, Im a pretty creative person and love doing all sorts of art but im not sure what this proost unusual suspect thing is all about or how I can get involved. Any help greatfuly recieved. Thanks becky.

jonny

we produce music - mainly electronic but we're open to anything with soul...
we produce audio visual/motion graphics pieces
we are going into producing books of liturgies.

our art forms aren't necessarily limited to this but that's the main areas. we want to encourage new talent. so are interested in unknown under 25s who would like to submit work. if selectyed we'll publish and sell it on their behalf.

we set up originally to publish stuff connected with alternative worship. whilst we are not solely limited to that our edge/focus is still to produce art that is spiritual and fuels faith.

hope this helps
