apologies again if you follow my comments that i seem to have been inundated with spam over the last 3 days - ironically while i am away and not online much. anyway i have changed my settings so that all commenters are required to type in a verification code when they leave a comment. i am sorry about this as it's annoying. but i hope it helps filter out more spam... i hope it doesn't put any of you off leaving comments.

the same thing happened to me while i was away on a missions experience. i finally had to put in the image verification as well. counted my blessings that i could go as long as i did without it.
