the fence at the back is the north circular road, always overloaded with traffic, somehow symbolic of what's not great about life in the city and yet a few yards away is this magical light shining through the trees in gunnersbury park. sometimes wonder is closer than we think...
today is the fifth day of virtually unbroken sunshine in london. the mornings are beginning with frost, mist and/or fog and then the sun breaks through and stays fairly low in the sky to shine its winter light. i think of february as a grey month so these last few days have been a delight. it puts everyone in a better mood somehow!
so inevitably i have snapped a few more photos to add to the frost and fog in ealing collection.
