Yeah! We did just the same thing a few weeks ago in Marquand. Great minds think alike :)

I want to thank you for the inspiration!! It was the table in the sanctuary with candles and people eating a meal that I fell in love with. We too did a placemat liturgy with potluck for epiphany 2015. Table was adorned with candles, poinsettas and crowns. Loved by all. Even thought it was -40C that day, we had close to 80 folks come. We put a pic of the table on our website westviewuc.ca. It ran down the length of our sanctuary. It was like a big family meal. A memory many will keep.
