it's a thing apparently - mistbow was the name i gave it - a rainbow but white, created by morning sunlight and mist. on the pioneer practice tour in cornwall we visited looe and the mist drew me out early. i got back and googled mistbow and that is what i saw! there is an album of that morning light at looe here.
